I am Joy Ajibade — a Christian leader, Bible teacher,
author, and mentor whose life has been shaped by deep devotion to God, a love
for people, and an unwavering commitment to building legacy.
For over 30 years in Christian ministry, I have
faithfully answered the call to teach God’s Word, disciple the next generation,
and help families and churches grow in faith and purpose. Alongside my husband,
I have served across nations — mentoring leaders, strengthening pastors, and
equipping believers to live fully, faithfully, and fruitfully for Christ.
Today, I embrace a divine season of convergence — bringing
together my spiritual calling and professional expertise to bless lives,
strengthen institutions, and glorify God in every sphere of influence.

As a prolific Christian writer, author, and publisher, I am
passionate about communicating timeless biblical principles in practical,
transformative ways. Through books, devotionals, teachings, and mentorship
programs, I equip individuals to grow spiritually, think strategically, and
live intentionally.

A Calling to Support Pastors’ Wives
As a pastor’s wife, I carry a special burden for supporting
and empowering fellow pastors’ wives. I understand the unique spiritual,
emotional, and leadership responsibilities of ministry life. My heart is to see
pastors’ wives thrive — spiritually strong, emotionally healthy, and
confidently equipped for their vital role in ministry.
Faith & Leadership: From Boardroom to Pulpit
Before the pulpit, there was the boardroom — and both still
matter.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD).
With two Master’s degrees in Business and Entrepreneurship, and an analytics
diploma from Texas, I have served on boards, trained corporate teams, and
advised organizations on governance, strategy, and sustainability.
